The Company encourages all qualified persons to apply for employment for open positions. Compliance with the Application Policy procedure is necessary to be considered for employment.
Persons interested in applying for employment shall submit an application. Any oral or written expression of interest in employment will be immediately returned with notice that the candidate must complete a formal application and comply with the company Application Policy to be considered an “applicant.”
Every position within the company has a written Job Description with accompanying Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications. Applicants who do not meet the minimal requirements for the position for which they are applying may not be considered for employment.
Applications may only be considered for employment when there is an advertised, open position. Open application is reserved for the positions of mechanic, driver, laborer and operator only.
Applications for mechanics, drivers, laborers and operators will be retained and remain active for six months. Applications for other, advertised positions will be discarded six months after a candidate is selected, hired, and begins employment.
Applicants are directed to only provide information as the form requests and not to provide personal information protected by law. Any applicant who provides such information is doing so voluntarily. By signing the application, the applicant is verifying that the information was provided of his/her own free will and it was not requested by the company.
Applicants who disqualify themselves for any reason are no longer considered applicants and will be immediately removed from the applicant pool.
